The one mistake they were able to correct, I got store credit on, which they profit from. This is a poorly run business, and even when you point out that they made a mistake, and their obvious major discrepancies , they will do little to make it right. I absolutely love this store! They have the best selection, the best prices, and the best quality.
Sadly, one employee has pretty much ruined Game Nut for me. The last few times I was there she was very rude and disrespectful to me and to other customers. She is also blatantly ignorant about the products she is trying to sell. Unfortunately, I won't go back until this offensive person is gone.
