Here are the specifics: RDP server is Windows Server R2 RDP server has many connected clients, including a few at this branch I've tried turning off Windows firewall on the client and it doesn't help When I ran a Windows diagnostic when trying to access a mapped share, I got this message mind you every other PC in the company is accessing this same server : Since every other PC is accessing these 2 servers the Server R2 and the Synology NAS , I don't see it being a firewall issue.
