At that point, combat consist of whack, whack, whack. It gets more fun with every level. SoE has stated that new hardware coming out in the next couple of years will be required to run at the highest display levels.
Opinions on that seem to be mixed, but I like it. It looks and runs well now, and will only get faster and better looking as I upgrade. I'd agree with that, but I think it's because WoW is more casual player friendly. Leveling is a lot faster, it doesn't mean as much to die, most things are possible to do solo, etc. EQ2 pretty much forces you to group once you get past lvl 20, and you have to play smart to avoid exp debt.
As for how debt works, it's not that bad. When you get debt, you don't lose any experience, and you still gain exp for killing and questing, but at a slower rate until the debt is worked off.
